Future Credit: If a refund request is made after May 1, 2025, guests will be eligible for event credit, which can be applied to a future HCW event.
Ticket Transfers: Guests may transfer their tickets to another individual for a minimal processing fee. Transfers must be completed through the official HCW ticketing platform to ensure validity.
Cancellation by Organizer: In the event of a cancellation by HCW, guests will receive a full refund or the option to apply their ticket purchase as a credit for a future event.
