Prohibited Conduct: Guests must adhere to event rules, venue policies, and applicable laws. HCW reserves the right to remove individuals for disruptive behavior without compensation.

Health and Safety: Guests are responsible for their health and well-being. HCW is not liable for any illnesses or conditions contracted during the event.

Refund Requests: Guests may request a refund for tickets up until May 1, 2025 . After this date, no refunds will be issued.
Future Credit: If a refund request is made after May 1, 2025 , guests will be eligible for event credit, which can be applied to a future HCW event.
Ticket Transfers: Guests may transfer their tickets to another individual for a minimal processing fee . Transfers must be completed through the official HCW ticketing platform to ensure validity.
Cancellation by Organizer: In the event of a cancellation by HCW, guests will receive a full refund or the option to apply their ticket purchase as a credit for a future event.
